Você chegou a alterar alguns ícones do seu eOS?
MichaelSaraiva Não sei te responder isso, mas acabei de atualizar manualmente e voltou a atualizar normalmente. Problema resolvido! Grato.
Isso aconteceu comigo com frequencia após o Ubuntu subir o kernel. Aconteceu em outras distros tambem. Minha solução foi não usar mais o ext4. Estou com brtfs e não tive mais problemas
